Tyko Project: Nickel-Copper Project
Ontario

Potential for Voisey’s Bay style magmatic sulphide Ni-Cu-PGE mineralization. The Tyko Project is Archean aged, hosted mafic-ultramafic rocks which have been disrupted by the Black Pic Batholith. The Project covers over 24,000 hectares located in Northwestern Ontario, and boast excellent infrastructure with road, power and rail infrastructure close by. The surrounding area has a history of mining with several current and past producing gold and base metal mines.

2020 High-Grade Smoke Lake Zone Discovery

  • The Smoke Lake Zone was discovered in Q4 2020 with the first hole (TK20-015) of drill program returning massive Ni-Cu sulphides at 30 meters depth. To date a total of 36 holes totalling ~3,400 meters have been drilled on the Smoke Lake Zone (2020-2021) returning up to 8.1% Ni, 2.9% Cu, 0.11% Co, 0.61g/t Pd, 0.71g/t Pt, and 0.02g/t Au over 3.8 meters in hole TK20-023.
  • Palladium One was awarded the 2020 “Bernie Schnieders Discovery of the Year Award” for the Smoke Lake discovery. The award, presented by the Northwestern Ontario Prospectors Association (NWOPA), recognizes an exceptional discovery in Northwestern Ontario during the previous calendar year. 2022 High-Grade West Pickle Zone Discovery

  • The West Pickle Zone was discovered in Q3 2022, located twenty kilometers to the west of the Smoke Lake Zone
  • 3.7 meters 2.3% Ni, 1.8% Cu, 0.09% Co, 0.21 g/t Pd, 0.21 g/t Pt, 0.03 g.t Au in hole TK-22-059
    • Inc. 1.8 meters of 4.8% Ni, 3.7% Cu, 0.12% Co, 0.41 g/t Pd, 0.41 g/t Pt, 0.05 g/t Au
    • Inc. 0.6 meters of 8.2% Ni, 1.6% Cu, 0.24% Co, 0.80 g/t Pd, 0.79 g/t Pt, 0.03 g/t Au
  • 12.6 meters of 0.72% Ni, 0.34% Cu, 0.02% Co, 0.06 g/t Pd, 0.06 g/t Pt, 0.02 g/t Au in massive and disseminated sulphide in hole LK-22-060
    • Inc. 2.4 meters of 3.18% Ni, 0.99% Cu, 0.06% Co, 0.18 g/t Pd, 0.19 g/t Pt, 0.02 g/t Au
    • Inc. 0.5 meters of 7.60% Ni, 1.25% Cu, 0.12% Co, 0.18 g/t Pd, 0.20 g/t Pt, 0.02 g/t Au
  • 10.1 meters of 2.5% Ni, 1.0% Cu, 0.03% Co, 0.14 g/t Pd, 0.10 g/t Pt, 0.02 g/t Au in massive and disseminated sulphide in hole TK-22-070
    • Inc. 2.3 meters of 10.4% Ni, 3.4% Cu, 0.14% Co, 0.53 g/t Pd, 0.34 g/t Pt, 0.04 g/t Au
    • Inc. 0.9 meters of 12.9% Ni, 2.7% Cu, 0.16% Co, 0.67 g/t Pd, 0.34 g/t Pt, 0.04 g/t Au
  • As of November 29, 2022, a total of 20 holes, totaling 4,604 meters were drilled in the vicinity of the West Pickle Discovery.
  • West Pickle is now interpreted to be an extension of the historic RJ showing, along a potential feeder dyke system, located 2.7 kilometers to the east.

Chonolith Model

  • In Q3 2022, hole TK22-076 located 1.5 kilometers west of the West Pickle Zone intersected over 100 meters of ultramafic rocks include over 30 meters of ultramafic breccia, indicative of a high energy magmatic system. Similar ultramafic breccias, locally with rounded ultramafic clasts in a sulphide matrix have been observed at the RJ zone which has returned wide intersects including 85 meters grading 0.52% Ni and 0.23% Cu in hole TK16-002.
  • Multiple chonolith structures have been interpreted to occur on the project, typically in close proximity to existing Nickle-Copper showings.
  • With two high-grade massive sulphide discoveries, 20 kilometers apart, and multiple chonolith structures, Tyko is now considered a new district-scale sulphide nickel opportunity

QA/QC

The drilling program was carried out under the supervision of Neil Pettigrew, M.Sc., P. Geo., Vice President of Exploration, and a Director of the Company

Drill core samples were split using a rock saw by Company staff, with half retained in the core box and stored onsite at the Tyko exploration camp core yard facility.

Samples were transported in secure bags directly from the logging facility at the onsite exploration camp, to the Activation Laboratories Ltd. (“Actlabs”) in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Actlabs, which is ISO 17025 accredited with CAN-P-1579 (Mineral Lab). In addition to ISO 17025 accreditation, Actlabs is accredited/certified to ISO 9001:2015. All samples are crushed to 2 millimeters with a 250-gram split pulverized to 105 microns. Analysis for PGEs is performed using a 30 grams fire assay with an ICP-OES finish and for Ni, Cu, and Co using 0.25 grams by 4 acid digestion with ICP-OES finish. Ni, Cu and Co samples over 1.0 wt% were re-analysed by ore grade methods using 4 acid digestion with ICP-OES finish.

Certified standards, blanks and crushed duplicates are placed in the sample stream at a rate of one QA/QC sample per 10 core samples. Results are analyzed for acceptance within the defined limits of the standard used before being released to the public.

Note:

All grades are insitu grades and accordingly do not take into account recovery rates.
